Botanical Garden, Munich (GER)
The Botanical Garden offers besides the distinctive vegetation an additional piece of jewelry with the Café Palmenhaus. It has been extended by a further glass building in 2015 and provides enough space as well as a bright and friendly atmosphere. This provide 16 glass panes out of TG-THERM®plus and TG-ESG®-H.
The overall 190 square meters are hold by the glass façade system SOREG® glide of the Burckhardt Metall Glas GmbH and can act as sliding element, if required. The narrow seemingly floating roof protects against excessive sunlight, too. Old and new buildings merge optically to a unit by the modern concept of space.
