C. Bechstein Flagship-Store, Dusseldorf (GER)
In Dusseldorf, you can discover the flagship store of C. Bechstein. The traditional company opened an exclusive and unique branch here. For is not only a sales area, but also serves as a concert room. The outer façade stands out with the golden logo and an imposing glass arch, in the contour of a grand piano. It consists of TG-THERM®sun and glued-in-U-profiles (structural glazing). The interior conveys the demand for quality with high-gloss ceilings, dividing walls and wall panelling made of glass. The graphic of Chladni vibration patterns, running across several panes of the acoustic glass wall, was executed with very high requirements and accuracy in the digital printing process. The titanium fittings of the all-glass doors are elegantly and innovatively laminated into the glass, which consists of a triple laminate with a shear-resistant foil. The concert can be projected onto the entire surface of the pane.
