Kammermusiksaal, Kronberg (GER)

The Casals Forum is undoubtedly an architectural gem. With its impressive glass facade, it attracts and blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. The glass facade of the Casals Forum is not only aesthetically appealing but also fullfils a functional role. It allows the building to be flooded with natural light and creates an inviting atmosphere for visitors. The glass foyer surrounding the free-form concert hall provides a panoramic view from all sides. The functionality and uniqueness of the glass panes deserve special appreciation: They are alarm-secured and bonded to predetermined U-profiles in the edge seal, giving the music hall unusual and individual glass elements. Furthermore, the insulating glass units are equipped with black edge digital printing along the vertical edges. With all of this, the Forum leaves a lasting impression.
