Skulpturenpark, Neu-Ulm (GER)
The cooperation between Trenk Oberdorfer Architekten, the construction company Beck and the artist Kaeseberg from Leipzig showed once again that an office building does not have to look dull. On flat glass panes more than three meters high and wide the installation is positioned in front of an office building in Neu-Ulm, Germany. The pictures are transfered to the laminated safety glass with ceramic ink via digital printing.
Kaeseberg is called to be one of the most important contemporary artists from Leipzig. His artworks are mostly dominated by intense colours and basic signs like triangle, quadrangle and circle – supplemented with the plus sign. These characteristics let the office building at the sculpture park be a special eyecatcher.
