    From then until now... learn more about the milestones in the history of the Thiele Glas Group.
    
    It all began in 1989 in the small town of Schrozberg in Baden-Württemberg. A small glass-cutting business with 4 employees and a manageable production and office area of 800 m² was the beginning of the development of what is today a medium-sized, modern and innovative glass processing company with a total of six locations, 75,000 m² production area, 400 employees and approx. 30 trainees. Since then, Thiele Glas has been expanding rapidly, adding five more locations in West and East Germany.

There are various solutions for protection against different background noises and sounds.
What can be realised in the office by means of a functional partition wall is implemented on motorways with solid glass noise barriers. Get your first ideas and inspiration in this application area.

Our laminated safety glass TG-PROTECT^®, for example, can be equipped with a special sound insulation film for this purpose, which can reduce sound by 35 to 45 dB depending on the design. In addition, the glass can also be colored to create an optical highlight in addition to its practical use.
