It all began in 1989 in the small town of Schrozberg in Baden-Württemberg. A small glass-cutting business with 4 employees and a manageable production and office area of 800 m2 was the beginning of the development of what is today a medium-sized, modern and innovative glass processing company with a total of six locations, 75,000 m2 production area, 400 employees and approx. 30 trainees. Since then, Thiele Glas has been expanding rapidly, adding five more locations in West and East Germany.
