Scandic Spectrum Hotel, Copenhagen (DNK)
In Copenhagen, where the water meets the city, you find a place to be. The Scandic Spectrum Hotel is intended to be a place full of life. In a sublime setting one finds a breathtaking view. The coast right on the doorstep, on one side. In addition, the city center can be easily reached on foot. To make this hotel dream come true, Thiele Glas made a contribution and supplied the required glass panes. Several variants of our TG-PROTECT® were used for the roof, the balcony railings and the second skin facade. A few technical features were also used, such as cylindrical and countersunk holes on the panes and mitered edges on the roof glass completed the elements. Tight coordination between all parties involved in planning and organization was essential. Due to limited space on site, a specific packing order was pretended.
